Mazyar Mortazavi

is the President and CEO of TAS Impact, a Toronto-based real estate impact company that uses development as a tool to align profit with social and environmental outcomes. He leads TAS’s mixed-use, residential, and adaptive-reuse projects across the Greater Toronto Area, with a portfolio that includes millions of square feet under development and management. Mazyar is also active in Toronto’s civic and cultural landscape, serving as Chair of The Bentway and as a Trustee of the Art Gallery of Ontario. He is based in Toronto and is a graduate of the University of Waterloo.
